Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Once your order is placed, it is processed promptly. Therefore, all orders are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. Returns and exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of at54thstreet.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your product is defective or you have a concern, please contact us at support@at54thstreet.com. We may offer a refund or store credit depending on the circumstances and in line with our discretion.

  • If a return is authorized, customers may be responsible for any return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • Exchanges are not typically accepted. However, if there is an issue with the product or it arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order for further assistance.
